Wifi protected setup
Is WPS secure?
No Wifi Protected setup WPS can easily be cracked and it is recommended to disable it.
There was discovered critical vulnerabilities in WPS.
It affects popular vendors such as Dlink, Linksys, Zyxel and others.
Since WPS comes enabled by default from the factory it can be subject to compromise by attackers without the user having any idea.
