ISP supporting child pornography permanently disabled

An internet service provider based at California was shut down as per the verdict of the federal judge. The ISP was believed to have been supporting harmful contents, which are distributed by the child pornography advocates, spammers, and malware suppliers.
Fair punishment produced by due process
The federal court also charged the ISP to settle its possessions and to hand over greater than one million US dollars that was illegitimately collected by the company. This order was an addition to disabling of 3FN.net or Pricewert, a web hosting provider dwelling at San Jose, California.
A file was charged against 3FN as the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) lawyers believed that 3FN actually harbors quite a large quantity of malicious contents found mostly in the web. And, the US District Judge Ronald M. Whyte finally handed over the final decision over the matter after trying the case that was filed in the month of June.
Authentication is done for a just trial
There are lots of facts that can substantiate their complaint and one of these is the instant message transcripts sent by the 3FN staffs with high positions. Additional evidence that the lawyers used were the logs that came from NASA servers, which confirmed that the web assaults truly started off from the same IP addresses supported by the internet service provider 3FN.
The evidences also went through careful examinations and were verified by different individuals like Gary Warner, a security expert from the University of Alabama at Birmingham. The office of the inspector general of NASA and Spamhaus and Symantec experts also assisted in verifying the claims.
According to what was written in Whyte’s judgment, it was proven by the experts’ thorough examination that the internet service provider actually took part in such unlawful activity. The decision was finished on April 8 and was broadcasted by the FTC just this Wednesday.
Preventing the damage of evidences had been tricky
The charge against 3FN was announced only when the authorities provisionally stopped the operation of the internet service provider. This was done so as to avoid the customers of 3FN from wiping out the remaining proofs.
The members of 3FN, Max Christopher and other representatives were not able to defend the company from the charges against them. Hence, the temporary order of halting the operation of 3FN finally turned permanent.
