Close watch on net café customers empowered

According to a news broadcast made by the Associated Press, the Metropolitan Police suggests that the owners of various internet café must be observant regarding the activities of their customers while in the area.
Working together may solve the present problems
The administrators of local net cafés must work hand-in-hand with the authorities in order to manage the public web spaces. This can be done only when the managers watch out for any shady moves of their clients.
Approach the law department at once
The law enforcement agencies ask for the assistance of the supervisors of all the internet shops in the city. And, once they are able to witness any seemingly questionable occurrences in their area, they must approach the agencies responsible in handling such kind of cases and testify about what has been discovered.
Element of a strategy focused on fighting crimes
This is actually part of the plan created by the government of UK in order to battle terroristic activities, which may be initiated through the use of internet services. Based on the latest news, this approach was already utilized during the previous weeks. And, this will be officially used as soon as possible.
Alert seals will be incorporated
The desktop computers and laptops of the internet shops that will participate in the UK authorities’ fight against terrorism will have alert seals. This seals will serve as caution for the people who will attempt performing vicious acts within the café.
The tactic does not jeopardize customers’ confidentiality
An unnamed police officer talked to Associated Press about the details of this new method being implemented on the internet shops. During the interview, he told the press that this latest tactic initiated by the law department does not endanger the privacy of the customers.
It does not mean that internet shop managers should entirely eye all their costumers while they are doing their private businesses. The law enforcer asserted that this action leans towards increasing people’s awareness. It does not necessarily imply that the owners should relay to the police department the personal information of their clients. But then, the administrators are persuaded to check the hard drives of their computers from time to time.
