| Panda cloud security product goes commercial |
According to the latest news broadcasts, the well-known manufacturer of the non-profitable cloud-based anti-malware product Panda security made another highly-developed tool for a greater protection. It was said that Panda Security distributed the new profit-making edition of their cloud anti-malware and it was named as Panda Cloud Antivirus Pro.
Pay for a better cloud security
The latest version of Panda Security’s protective device is not as costly as it sounds. The price of Panda Cloud Antivirus Pro in the market is just about 29.95 US dollars. At a little amount of charge, greater defense and automation can be guaranteed.
Trust for the free product has been proven
According to the manufacturer, there are over 10 million users who depended very much on the free edition Panda Cloud Anti-virus even from the time when it was first released just a year ago. And on Thursday, the paid version of their security program was distributed in the technology market for public use. It was promised that the application has commendable characteristics and it includes a manageable behavior blocker.
Alternative that is as good as the others
There are commonly used products from publicly-known companies and are also offered for free. The pieces of software that are being distributed free of charge include the Security Essentials from Microsoft, AVG, and Avast Free Antivirus. These were originally intended for users who cannot pay for expensive products and are looking for basic anti-malware tools.
Traditional is “out” and innovative is “in”
This tool operates by a cloud-based design of technology, which is used in order to gather and manage the samples of the malware. This no longer function using the traditional server-based signature updates.
Security tool does not slow down the computer
Using the improved system proves to have greater advantage. It does not affect the memory of the computer system and it only takes up as much as 15MB of the RAM. This is lesser than the usual 60MB, which is used up when running the traditional signature-based anti-virus software. Panda Security also added that the Collective Intelligence technology was proven to respond more rapidly when dealing with the newly-discovered malware threats.
